Abstract

With the in-depth development of education reform, the role of information technology in education is becoming more and more prominent. The Ministry of Education even put forward the concept of information education 2.0. In the face of the development of education, English teaching in vocational high schools must keep up with the times and constantly change in order to build quality-oriented English classrooms and cultivate students' comprehensive English literacy. Therefore, information technology should be integrated with English teaching in vocational high schools to create a modern English learning environment, so that students can broaden their horizons, enrich their English cultural knowledge and improve their independent learning ability. Along with the continuous expansion and application of information technology in teaching makes our country's education has got great development and innovation. Information technology is no longer a simple teaching means, but a new way of classroom education, in different levels of education has been widely used. In order to carry out the idea of quality education into the English classroom of vocational high school, we must give full play to the advantages of information technology and strengthen the reform of English teaching, so that students can comprehensively strengthen the basic skills and practical ability of English in a better learning environment.
