Comparative Analysis of Teaching Management Models in Chinese and Foreign Universities

Abstract

This paper mainly makes a preliminary comparison between the teaching management models of Chinese and foreign universities. It is hoped that when comparing with foreign teaching management models, we can find the shortcomings of domestic teaching management models and improve them, tap the strengths of domestic teaching management models to make them better inherited and developed, and put forward suggestions on the integration of humanistic management and scientific management, internationalization and Chinese characteristics. The teaching management of colleges and universities plays an important role in the teaching work of colleges and universities. The effective implementation of teaching management is the guarantee for the smooth development of college teaching. The study of teaching management mode is essential. Comparing with foreign teaching management models, we can find the shortcomings and unique characteristics of our teaching management models. Deficiencies should be improved and unique features should be carried forward.
