Abstract

With the continuous development of economy, higher vocational colleges have also reformed the talent training mode and achieved certain results. Under this background, China’s higher vocational education system has gradually formed, but there is still a big gap compared with developed countries. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the training mode of civil engineering professionals in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the problems of the training mode of civil engineering professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges, such as not establishing a relatively complete and sound system structure, unclear training objectives of professionals lack of effective evaluation mechanism to stimulate students’ learning motivation, weak teachers and other problems. In view of these problems, this paper summarizes and puts forward some suggestions and measures on the training mode of civil construction professionals one by one. The author hopes to provide some reference and reference opinions for other industries or regions.
