Abstract

Foreign language ideological and political innovation teaching team is an important way to improve teachers’ Ideological and political teaching ability, and can also promote the development of high-quality education level in Colleges and universities. This study constructs a model of foreign language ideological and political innovation teaching team based on ‘four pairs and one series’, which aims to further enrich the research depth in this field, and made the research in this field more systematic and practical. The dynamic, flexible and operable characteristics of the model determine the replicability and popularization of the research results. Higher vocational colleges can build their own foreign language ideological and political innovation teaching teams according to their own college characteristics. Maintaining the balance of various factors in this model can ensure the benign development of foreign language ideological and political innovation teams, thus further promoting the development and research of Ideological and political teaching in Colleges and universities.
